The summer of 2023 saw the establishment of Ybil.io – a logistics software (logitech) company with its roots in the ATV Transport IT team, founded in 1996. Our journey towards Ybil started in 2022, when we set out to develop an e-CMR app. This project laid the foundations for our rapid growth and separation into an independent company.

One of the most important factors affecting our work is the entry into force of the eFTI Regulation. When fully implemented in 2027, paper CMRs will disappear for good and all transport documents will have to be in the eFTI system. This will change the whole transport sector dramatically and we are ready to support these changes.
We also actively participate in e-transport seminars organised by the County Development Centres, where we present our solutions to potential clients.
Meie lahendused – TMS ja digiCMR
In Ybil, we are developing two products: Transport Management System (TMS) and digiCMR, i.e. a repository of e-CMRs.
TMS is an information system designed to simplify the work of logisticians by providing better organisation and data management. Our TMS has been developed in close cooperation with the ATV Transport logistics team, so it meets the specific needs of the industry.
digiCMR is our other key solution – a certified eFTI platform that digitises consignment notes. The main goal of this application is to make CMRs and other documents accompanying the transport available and signable for all parties involved. digiCMR can also be integrated with other TMS and ERP systems in the future, making it even more flexible.
Our team is made up of experienced professionals with a deep knowledge of both logistics and software development. By combining years of experience and an innovative approach, we are able to create solutions that meet the demands of today's logistics sector.
User-friendly and cloud-based
User-friendliness is a priority for us. Our UI/UX designer is constantly working to make our apps intuitive, user-centric and needs-based. Our applications are cloud-based, enabling users to work on any device and in any location of their choice, whether in or outside the office.
Future plans
Although our TMS and e-CMR are already in daily use, we still have a lot of development work to do. We are working on new features to improve data management and report generation. We are also constantly looking for new ways to interface our solutions with other systems (ERPs, MRPs, accounting software) to make the work of transport operators, carriers and logistics providers even more efficient.

For us, it is extremely important to be there for our partners. The use of the e-CMR and TMS can be a new challenge for many, so we need to be available and offer comprehensive support. We always listen carefully to our partners' feedback and make the necessary developments to ensure that our solutions support their business processes.
